* The use of masks in contact with farm workers is mandatory.

* Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. . Check-in after 10 p.m. pays a Late Check-in tax of 25€.  

 

* Check out: from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (free late check out: only possible when the apartment is available) Check

out before 9a.m. pays an early check out tax of 25€.

 

* City Tax: 2€ per person, per night, maximum per person: 14€, to be paid on arrival. Children under 13 years old don’t pay. For other exceptions please see the city Law.

 

* Every guest has to give the request information data to send to the Frontier Police (SEF)

 

* The apartment will be ready and cleaned for you before your arrival.

 

* Fresh towels and bed clothing are provided according to the number of guests.

 

* The price includes consumption of electricity, gas, water, tv cable and internet wifi.

 

* The keys are given to you in the apartment during the Check in and return to us at the check out.

 

* The guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition they found it in the check in. If not, we will use the deposit money.

 

* Refundable Damage Deposit to be paid (value upon request).

 

* Please, take care with the lights and gas, don't leave equipment ON when there is no one in the apartment.

 

* Smoking isn’t allowed in the apartment.

*  The Quinta has several spaces. Guests will be able to stroll through all of them, and to go to the fields of farming, production, MUST HAVE to contact us to be properly accompanied by a person from the farm. Mandatory monitoring is not only for not causing any unwanted damage but for safety reasons. There are agricultural machines in operation.
