Terms:
Minimum Nights: 4 nights for the landlord house / 3 nights for the Studio
Cleaning Fee: 250€/Landlord house / 70€/Studio
Security Deposit: 1.000€/Landlord house / 150€/Studio to be payed by bank transfer, which will be returned in full upon damage inspection.
